Welcome to this 5 day hormone reset!
During this mini course you'll learn how important stress is for hormone health and how to redress the balance between stress and relaxation in your daily life. We'll begin by learning how to chart your cycle followed by some practical activities taken from my book Your Period Handbook and finish up by helping you attune to your cycle. All of this will come together to create massive changes to your hormones!
How is this going to work?
