Activity - Getting in touch with your body

This week I'd like you to start recording some key symptoms. It's been shown that just recording symptoms can reduce your suffering of them. Much relief can be had just by knowing something will come and go with your cycle. I also find it really easy to ignore a symptom that only happens once a month when perhaps it shouldn't as often this can lead to a bigger issue.

You can see there are two styles of recording symptoms. One is in a circle, the other in a straight line. It's totally up to you to choose whichever takes your fancy! Int he next section I'll be introducing you to how to chart your hormone cycle along side this, this is just the first layer for now to get you going. Here is a quick video from igtv to demonstrate how to fill the circle in.

Circular symptom recording

Straight Line Symptom recording

This method is similar to the other just displayed differently. Personally I like the straight one because I can more easily see patterns of when my symptoms got worse or better as it naturally creates a kind of graph when it's completed.
